1. Purpose
Codiste Pvt Ltd operates this website. Advertising or promoting this website, its content, its services, or any related Codiste offering through spam or unsolicited bulk messages is not allowed. What follows binds Codiste and everyone acting on its behalf.
2. Scope
This policy reaches every Codiste employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, partner, vendor, and service provider, along with anyone else sending electronic communications for Codiste or on its behalf. Email, SMS, and messages across social or professional networks all count, sent one at a time or in bulk.
3. Prohibited practices
In connection with this website, none of the following is allowed:
- Unsolicited bulk or mass advertising messages.
- False or misleading sender names, addresses, domains, subject lines, or routing information.
- Contact data obtained unlawfully, or used in breach of applicable law or of a provider's terms.

- Use of the Codiste name, this domain, or its links inside spam or unsolicited bulk advertising.
4. Permitted communications
Electronic messages go out only where the law allows, and only within these limits:
- Messages the recipient asked for or subscribed to.
- Individually relevant messages to a business contact inside an existing or prospective business relationship, in compliance with applicable law.
- Transactional, service, and administrative messages.
Every one of those names Codiste as sender, carries an accurate subject line, includes valid contact details and a physical postal address, and offers a clear way to opt out.
5. Opt-out
Requests to opt out are acted on promptly. An address that opts out joins a suppression list and stays out of further promotional messages, except where the law requires contact or where confirming the opt-out calls for it. Suppression records are held so re-contact does not happen.
6. Third-party compliance

Report a message you believe breaches this policy to sidharth.g@codiste.studio. Send a copy of the message, the date and time it arrived, the sender address, and the full headers if you have them. Codiste will look into it, stop any non-compliant activity, and may end the access or engagement of anyone in breach.
